Here is a location of an information center. Please call them and get the information from them. They are in Scarborough.

These are all the help centers. Only one of them will help you so you have to make the calls and get the CORRECT Location to go to. There is a map to guide you also.
Please tell your Husband to meet with them and see what they can do to help him.

i again applied third time in last wwek got again rejection.i dont know what the officers really want.first time thaey ticked on most of the 7 comon reasons in second they gave only 3.i got three reasons only.1.travel history2.my personal assets and financial status 3.family ties in canada and india.
now when i gave explaination of that 3 reasons in my third applictaion they gave me again 7 reasons in third time rejection.
you know in last time i showed my assets of RS 42 lacs + investments in Gold of 8 lacs ..this is my personal one
my inlaws balance is of 5 lacs..income 3 lacs
my hubbys balance is 10,000CAD$ and income 30,000CAD$
my husband is having a temprary workpermit till sep'09.
i showed my self as a housewife and recently resigned from job as planning to meet my husband.i also put up the recommandation from my employer that i can join my job whenever i wish.
I asked visa till sep'09 ( till the end of my husbandsworkpermit) as they will easily know that spouse wont say for 3 months.so i asked till sep'09 and also twritten in my covering letter that we will both come back as my hubbys WP expires in SEP'09.stil they rejected me..
and yes main point my husband has also put up my File for PR kast month.but still sisnt get file number.i have explained my first rejection in PR file.then after puting up my PR file,i got 2 other rejections.so what to do? do i need to update it in my PR or that will be automatically updates?
and how much time it will take to get my hubby's PR right now he has having HRDSC WP....i think it takes 9 months? is it so?

Do they give any reason for not giving multiple entry visa after all medicals and other procedures?

Let your Husband do the application for yuou the next time..
You surely know all of the reasons why they refused. Send them all to him. Ask him to go and meet with a Representative from the Immigration Help Center, here in Canada, at a location close to where he is currently residing, and he will do all of the needful things in the completion of his invitation and application process from here. Then he has to sit down with you or help you fill it for the one last time to get your a One year TRV for the duration of his stay.
You have all or more than the required qualifying factors to come here and work or stay. Also you will have to fill ALL of the application forms that is required. You missed the Travel history form again for you and your Husband too.
You need more than help. You need some one to walk you holding your hands. Be very careful when you fill the request Application the next time. Make a FRESH application.

now i will tell my hubbys to go to help center but what they will do?they will just prepare the docs and fill up my applciation forms?
and then what to do? will my hubby have to send that file to me...or the center just guide about my case and i have to prepare all docs from here.is it so?
yes i have travel history form but its for PR na? do i have to show that form in my application? if yes than i already have ..no prob
now my hubby also have MPs letter .i m planning to put that also...Mp said his letter has 90% chance to get visas.
please tell me the center will just guide me naa.????and then i will follow taht guidelines right???please reply as soon as possible
When he goes to an Immigrant Help Center, with ALL of the refusal letters and ALL of the Papers that you are mentioning here and you file the same at YOUR end in INDIA with his HELP and complete and pay all of he fees and send it by COURIER, you will get the TRV within a month. In your Case it could be in two weeks!!! They know you very well in CIC New Delhi.
A very Merry WHITE Christmas. You will make it here for it if you get to book a ticket.
