Hi,
I'm on H1-B, working in US, applied for PR and got medicals. I recently got married and now i have to apply for my wife as a co -applicant. Before i send my medicals to Buffalo, How to add my wife in my existing PR application.

Immediately fill Schedule 1: Background / Declaration and Additional Family Information Forms for your spouse. Send them to the Buffalo Visa Post with a forwarding letter stating the change in family composition. Attach copies of Marriage Certificate(Notorized),her Passport, eduaction credentials and experience letters, if applicable.

The Visa Post shall include her in your original applicatuion and issue the medical papers for her.
