Appearing for citizenship test is usually a breeze; especially when one lives in a country for 3+ years. You could use http://www.un.org/english/ to find who is the equivalent of MP, MLA and so on in your region.

I recently did that test. Book that they send along itself had 80% of all the answers. But they did ask some questions about Canada that were common sense question. Mostly the questions are fedral in nature. It is easy and simple.
