Hi there:

I need some help, i had applied for spouse sponsor ship in the month of July-2007, then i had paid the amount of $550 , again i got a letter from immigration to pay $490, can any one please help me with this....

It's the Right fo Permanent Residence Fee or the Landing fee as it's called too....
You need to pay that....
