Hi everyone,
I am an eighteen year old lad currently sudying in 11th grade.Our visas have been approved and we are moving to canada next month.I was told by someone that i have to give a maths and an english test.I am very weak in maths and i dont remember anything about 10th maths.Please help me how can i get through this problem?Will they demote me to class 9th or 10th class just because of my poor standard in maths.

There is no information available on website about the syllabus and method of testing Maths & English.

My guess is that you may not be asked to repeat 9th or 10th grade, based on your possible poor performance in maths test only. They may take your performance in their English test, subjects you took and marks you got in Class 9 through 11, into consideration. They may ask you to repeat Grade 10 Maths and take Grade 11 maths if your performance in maths test is very poor..
I advise you to carry the text books you studied and marks sheets from Grade 9 through 11. You may prepare a table comparing the syllabus you studied with course descriptions of relevant subjectes of Ontario curriculum to assist them to make an appropriate decision.
