I need your help in finding a suitable place of accommodation for me

I am looking for a junior one bed room/studio apartment in downtown.

Here are my requirements:
* Close to public transit
* Low crime rate neighborhood
* Underground car parking
* Building should be relatively new/well maintained
* Free of problems like pests

Kindly reply back with details if you know of any such buildings

NOTE: I am not looking for basement apartments

What is your monthly budget? That is probably the most limiting factor if you're looking for a place downtown.

The various free rental magazines would be helpful in your search. Also, look at rental sites like viewit.ca
