Hi all CD members,
My mother landed in US and obtained her green card holder status, although she has yet to receive her "green card"
Can she travel to canada on her passport with her stamp of landed in US green card holder status?
Please share your knowledge and experiences.

If she has I-551 stamp on her passport (and if it is valid - normally it is valid for 6 months to 1 year), she can travel - that is the proof of her PR status in the US.

Tell me one thing does she have any questions to answer at the Canadian airport on landing as to how long does she intend to stay put? and like that?

Yes, of course - she should expect the usual questions like purpose of her visit and duration of her stay. These are the most common questions asked at the POE.
