Normally in these forum we are trying to share our ideas and give some good advice so we can reduce unnecessarily delay and can avoid to happen some scam.
Now tell me is a question where I can save a few cents for photographs appropriate? I thought that this forum is about something useful and no about saving literally few cents. But maybe somebody is bored and instead of going to costco or somewhere else he is asking those question here.

It is not a question for a singal cent, check and read Arun_1000's post and ftfl post it shows he is a member of CAA and he can go for free photograph will cost around $12.00 or whatever.
Its my personal opinion may be you are agreed or not, If someone cheating you and you are not aware about the situation OR lack of information than that we can call "MISTAKE", But if already somebody guided you and already knows situation and someone cheat you than these called "BAVKUF".
These is the diffrent between to pay one cent extra or not????
kufer i think u r new to this forum, i had been asking so many questions and have been always guided properly - there is no stupid question in this world - this is a great website with wealth of informations and there is so many CD's in this forum spending their times doing research and help others. i used to pay $18 dollar for passport size photo, why not it is good ideas u can save some bucks and let other cd members knows the way, there is no harm in doing so.
you know what do what ever you want that was just my personal opinion about how this forum is junked by posts like this about saving few cents.

Ok......If you feel
that whatever all CD members put their efforts to success these website is garbage and their knowledge is useless for anybody
, Than I can suggest try to avoid to read these kind of Forums... 
like Charcha........ I like these website b'cos i learnt so many things after coming canada when i was completely new in these country and i got lots of information from these website.......Keep it up all CD's to lead these website towards success and success.....
