Hi Forum,
I read many posts in this forum where photo submitted was not accepted by the PR issuance office. What is the exact specifiction of the photographs for the PR card? Is there any link with more information?
Also what other documents are needed while applying for PR card at the time of landing.
Many thanks in advance
You must have submitted photos to the Canadian embassy when you sent your passport for visa stampings or earlier....
Same photo will appear on your PR card,
If for any reason, they can not process that photo then they will contact you to send new photo, which does not happen to everyone.
Thank you very much. This helps a lot

They have changed the process recently. Now you need to send new photos after you have landed to process PR card. Go to any Walmart or Costco, they have the specification for PR card.
Thanks for the update. Once i take the new photos, i need to probably mail it back to the immigration office? What other documents are needed?
Thanks
G
