Hi All,
Akhri Samurai by 202Studios
A rap/Hiphop song which is no gangsta but captures the true essence of Urdu that is soft and poetic language. Song is about human nature to struggle, persevere, survive and fight till the end.... like the last samurai.
Video is not on the complete song which consist of a minute long outro.

We are also in studio working on more songs. Stay tuned, cuz there is more to come....Thnx
I never thought Urdu was rap compatible. But then, when you submerge any sort of vernacular mumblings in a rythmic, orchestrated preset beat from a synthesizer...I guess they all sound the same and OKAY. What the friggin big deal about this?

Scorpio .... this is not urdu ... it is murder of a beautifull language ... i would have called it "hinglish" but since you claim it to be urdu, i will call it "unglish"
"Sipping my chai like an undervocer spy
meri ankhon mei uljan thi akhon mei cry"
You call this urdu poetry????
Thanks for the feedback. I think there is some misunderstanding here. My post is under Arts and Culture and the topic is Rap/HipHop. By no means i am saying that this is typical Urdu poetry. Rap / Hip hop genre uses street / slangs to express feelings etc. I am sure every desi (living abroad) uses a little bit of English whlie talking to their freinds etc. What i meant earlier is this song is soft(Rap/hiphop) not using dirtly language. If you dont like Rap/hiphop in general , I can understand your comment. If you do like Rap then next song is all Urdu and you wont be disappointed....thanks again...
