Dear experts
I called a lawyer yesterday and she told me that my situation is complicated and it needs for three to four month till I can go back to Canada again .
I am a permanent residence since 2006 that didn’t receive his pr card and I am outside Canada ,how can I go back.Please please help with details.

IT IS A TWO STEP PROCESS

Here is some information to obtain your PR Card.
First obtain a travel document from the nearest Embassy.
After you land back in Canada please apply for your PR Card.
