How do I handle the I 94 card stapled on my Indian passport and expired in Feb 2008.I thought I would make one more trip and did not surrender it .

I hope I can mail it in.

I am getting my CDN passport in the next 3 months.

I too had a similar problem and eventually mailed the I 94s with supporting documentation as per this link.

newboyo, did you visit the US after that ? if yes, was there any issue at the border ? I also mailed my I-94 last month just before its expiry , I originally forgot to return it on my way back to Canada by road.


just wondering if we need to do be careful about anything else we visit the US next time - ofcourse other than returning the I-94 on our way back

No, have not been to America since then, so am unaware of the status, but I had sent the letter via first class mail and have a printout of its receipt.
