Hi,
I applied for a new indian passport very recently as my old indian passport had expired. I observed that the indian consulate in toronto put my current canadian address on the indian passport. Will this be a problem for me at the airport if I am flying out of Canada and at an indian airport ?
I also want to know if I had US Visitor visa on the old passport and that passport has expired then will I have to apply for it again ?
Any help is much appreciated.
Regards
The same happened in my case. I guess it should not be any problem with the Toronto address.
Your US visa is still valid. Make sure you carry your old Indian passport with the new one when crossing over

i don't think so there would be any problem with canadian address in indian passport coz when you renewed it you were residing that that address, i hope so. if yes, then don't worry, live happy.
i also have a canadian address in my renewed passport, had no problems going to India and back, but make sure you enter Place of Issue: Toronto(or whichever place you got your renewed pp) and Country of Issue:India in various forms
