hi,
Every body, I'm new born (immigernat) in Canada (we are 2 months old) any buddy can help me or advise me how I can obtain unsecured credit card. 
Some people told me that some agencies help me on this against some bucks. Plz help me.

I doubt anyone will issue you an unsecured credit card in two months. And if an agency issues a card against some "bucks", that makes it a secured card.

Where are you moving from?
Some people who moved from the US have been able to get a new card with the same bank they were with in the US.
The condition being that you have to have a long-term relationship with that bank and also have a job in Canada by the time you land (or soon after landing).
I had called AmEx some time back and they told me that if you have a good job, AmEx Canada will most likely consider your US credit history and give you an unsecured card.

Stay away from such "agencies".
Very often they are what is euphemistically called "subprime lenders", or just outright crooks.
They will make you pay huge issuing fees, deposits and credit upgrade fees.
As usual, this is all MHO.
