I am expecting my baby around september and moving to US in august end. My ctiizenship writing date is Aug19. I cannot attend my written test as if I stay here in canada I will not be able to fly to US.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions what is the best action in this situation. I did call the citizenship call senter and they said just don't appear and they will send next date but I am still not sure when next date would be. Probably it might take even longer.

You have good reasons to ask for a postponement and also a date in the future. What you should do is obtain a doctor's note telling them that your current state will be a lot stressful to you and the new arrival and hence request a date change in the future, with that note. Send them the original and keep a copy for your files.
