my friend in india says in english there are only 26 alphabets while we indians have 50+ alphabets so we are used to various decibels of sound tht is why we are able to understand words easily. he added tht this only his "assumptions" and nto based on any research. this makes some sense and logic. he is smart than all of u guys.
