Hi Guys,

I will be relocating to Canada in end of October and will be working in Toronto downtown area (483 Bay street).

So i have started my serach for apartments and i dont want to stay very far from office and would like to use public transit (Subway, TTC or buses) for every day commute.

We are looking for 2 bedroom paratment (approx 1100 S.Q.F.T).
Our budget is $1000 to 1400 dollars per month (utilities included).

Can somebody suggest where should we stay (Etobicko, Brampton, Mississuaga etc) and if you can recommend few apartments, that will be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.

If u work in DownT ... Dont look for rentals in Brampton or Missiauga..
Staying in Toronto is cheaper and better for commute..

Try this one..
Etobicoke

Princess Appartment http://www.urbandb.com/canada/ontario/toronto/princess_apartments/
(Eglinton + kipling)

Hey

I work in down town(mins walk to Union stn) i live near kennedy stn...it takes me 40 mins to reach my office which is quite comfortable for me.....as my appt is not so expensive(775 including utilities) and it is quite spacious too....anyways coming to ur situation i wud suggest you stay near the green line (subway) you can consider kennedy, victoria park as there are many apts....even sherbourne has many apts but might be expensive as it is near to down town(5 mins in subway).....

cheers
prince

Kennedy station area is not very safe. Please check the crime rate before you rent. try Finch subway station area or Kipling area. If you do not mind taking the GO, you can live in Markham, which is very family oriented. Also, Vaughn, Brampton and mississauga are good then.
