PR card delay

Time frame to receive PR card is 4 to 6 weeks. After 30 days of my arrival when I called Immigration no. 1-888-242-2100, they do not have any information about me in their system, so they sent a meesage (where I do not know).It is more than 45 days of my arrival as a new immigrant, I did not receive my PR cards.

When I checked it online at cisr-irb-gc.ca, it shows it is as 'processed'. My question is :

Which Canadian government office is responsible for processing and issuance of PR card. I need their contact details - Telephone, Email, Fax & postal mail.

Is there any way, I can expedite processing / issuance / receipt of PR card.
