This is a very tricky situation. The way the Indian Congress government has handled this issue they are now stuck and they'll be caught with langot down.

I really want to praise the way the Pakistan Foreign Minister handled the situation. He stayed in Delhi, handled every question, gave the countries cooperation for the investigation and beautifully changed the tune after landing back.

He has a very valid point which nobody can deny. India has not offered any concrete proof of the Pakistani Government hand. This evening there was an interview on CBC on the topic \"Bombay Attack\" where an author called Eric Margolis the author of a book called \"American Raj\" explained the situation and the possible solution which the MM Singh missed the boat.http://www.cbc.ca/mansbridge/2008/11/eric_margolis.html

What the Indian government should have done was when they had information that the guy caught in the Chowpatty beach on Wednesday nite they should taken him and put him in front of International TV media and invited the Pakistani FM for the same. What more evidence they would need when the guy himself gives his pakistani whereabouts, the location of his training and also the logistics/planning of the incidence.

Our Indian government did not react and our \"Singh is King\" came back on national TV after nearly 12 hours and talked about a foreign hand.
While Vilas Rao Deshmukh was in the lovely beaches of Kovalam and even when informed came next day and was half asleep. His deputy put his foot into his mouth by saying that this was a minor incident?.

If you see for yourself many of the major countries/leaders have created their own demise. They create a monster which comes back to eat them.

The author of the book \"American Raj\" claims that he visited many of these training camps in Afghanistan for taliban/pakistanis and these were supported by CIA as they wanted these guys to enter the Islamic areas of China to create problems for them.He was a good friend of the former ISI chief and he has even visited the Pakistani side of LOC during the skirmishes between India and Pakistan. He was surprised to find the majority of the guys trained in these camps in 2002 were guys from the POK. They created a monster and that monster is getting back and biting them. As you would heard that these kids were looking for US and UK passport holders.

Even if you had watched the media reporting, the Indian media was crying hoarse of Pakistan involvement right the day #1. The BBC, CNN and other media were always reporting it as home grown guys from Indian Kashmir.After the MI - 6 landed in India and saw the british ID the BBC has now started to report about the Pakistan involvement.

While the Indian media went from home grown terror group to foreign hand to Pakistani hand; the CNN is still stuck at the home grown terror group, while it reports news about the Pakistani government wants to help the Indian government in this investigation. My take on this if US media really accepts that then they have to reveal the CIA involvement.

With BJP on high decibels(Sheila Dixit will be voted out now) the Congress is pushed into a back seat to save its political near term future in the coming Lok Sabha election. It needs to act. If it doesnot act it will be caught by BJP. If it acts by carrying out air raids/small guerilla attacks on pakistani training bases this will escalate into a bigger war and Pakistan has already prepared for it and is in the process of moving troops from the Afghanistan border to Indian border. If it further escalates it can go Nuke, which US doesnot want. Obama has already listed Kashmir as one of the issues it want to solve. If he enters into mess he will be royally screwed by the Indians who have been very good in dealing with the Kashmir problem by dealing with it diplomatically.

The message coming out of this author is that everytime the Indian army wanted to retaliate the government in power either Congress or BJP wanted restraint. The governments have been labelled \"very conservative\" in their aggresiveness. Already the Pakistan government has played its cards well with the US media as it is trying to potray India as the aggressor without proper proof. The US also wants that as it does not want another nuclear mess in that area.

Either way the Congress has missed one golden opportunity to show the world about the Pakistani military involvement here.

India needs to first convince, if they are not already convinced, that Pakistan has guarded and allowed the Islamic terrorists groups to thrive with elements in the ISI actively supporting these groups. Pakistan is two-faced. On one seide it shows they are helping the Americans and others fight Al Qaeda; on the other hand they shelter AlQaeda, LeT etc in their country.

India needs to learn from the Israelis; without a full-fledged war, they should be able to get agents into Pakistan and eliminate certain targets there.

There is no doubt that Islamic extremists are responsible for 95% of terrorists activities throughout the world- Whether in India, 9/11, UK, Spain, Phillipines, Chechnya etc. Its all part of their belief that they need to rule the world and set up an Islamic Caliphate. Of course, one cannot paint all muslims with the same brush; there certainly are moderate, peace-loving muslims. But they need to speak up and stop defending acts of terror or giving a reason for these acts eg Iraq, Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan etc. They need to unequivocally condemn these acts and need to ostracize all the mullahs who spew hate.

Do india need to take Offensive action on Terrorist attack and in the region of Occupied Pakistan?
As you know even in pakistan the people are good and we dont want this to happen to any families of the world. I do have a lot pakistan friends who are very good and like brothers and family of own.

Also you can ask different way does india need to create a ground Zero in Occupied pakistan where they claim the presence of Terrorist activity.

US have cleared Afganistan - you can ask for a poll if India need to do that where they belive there is terrioist

I dont milatry fight among them selves and get killed as well with the political jokers.

What India got after 50-60 years. We are patient enough & always Defensive

It started with Kashmir & now all small/ Big cities are having attacks from terrorist.

Its time to reply & show World, yes India too can do

Just take an example of US. After 9/11 attack, so many strict measures taken, war with Afghanistan & Iraq

US don't have any major attacks since 9/11. Whatever world say people are feeling more safe in US now

Consider, if India decides to go Offensive with our neighbour
What worst can happen, there will be more attacks in many cities, which is already happeneing

At least by this action, our neighbour will know what India can do?

They already tasted DEFEAT during other wars as well as in Kargil

If India again go back to discussion, Politicians, resignation of CM etc
then just forget about PEACE in India

We will have attacks daily somewhere in India
