Dear All,

I wanna know from you about the new Instructions. I have already applied for Skilled Worker Immigration after 28 February 2008. But under the new job lists my previous job does not exist. But even I have another job experience under the new list on the Ministerial Instructions.

In these moment what could I do? Be it a better idea to withdraw old application and reapply under new rules as I have job experience which is included in the new instructions.

I always welcome your reply.

hallo sharma ji :)

wie gehts ihnen? das freut mich das sie sind auch vom deutschland.
wir(ich und meine mann) haben dort gewohnt für fünf jahre im Duisburg!.

letz get into english or else the mod wud have a problem:p
rearding ur situation what my suggestion would be.wait on until ur application is returned back becos this way ur application fee is returned to you.
if you try to withdraw the application uself you will loose all ur application fee.
so once you get ur application back apply it once again showing all proof that you have exp in one of the 38 list.reapply it.
pls feel free to gte back if you have any questions

Hallo Prince,

danke Ihnen auch für ihrer Antwort. Das freuch mich das Sie in Deutschland waren. Ich wohne in München und bin ich Student. Und ich bin seit 2 Jahre in Deutschland.

By the way, when did you immigrate there? What were you doing in Germany? Thanks for your critical reply.

I also don´t think that I would not refund my money while it´s already 6 months. In this case how can I get my application returned back? Should I ask to the Berlin embassy? Or they will send me back?

As my job experience falls into the new 38 list. I could reapply. Could I apply simultaneously??

Mit freundlische Grüße,

Sharma

Hi Princeji,

Thanks for your kind reply. Hope the embassy replies as soon as possible as I have emailed them.

And by the way where are you living there? Are you working also? I am student here. I am doing my PhD.

Regards,
Sharma
