I applied for permanent residance before 3 days.Now i want to apply for Travel Documents( Refugee Passport ).I completed all document for Travel documents( Refugee Passport ).

But one of my friend told me,If i will apply for Refugee passport,Then My permanent residance must be too late.

Any one can give me advice.

Your Name is almost similar to one of our site's legal advisor Mr. Massood. I read your article thinking its him.

Another point that you are seeking legal advice and i guess most of the members might make the same mistake. You might just miss important input..
I am not sure if its possible but if you could add some sort of flag so that no one mistake your identity.
