Hi CDs,
I had the letter from CHC issued for medical and police clearance dated 18 June and was given a period of 3 months to submit all together. My representative delayed in conveying this to me and I was able to submit all by end December only to CHC London. Is there a chance for my file to be rejected due to this? The CIC website says that my file is still under process.

Your case file is still under process. You have nothing to fear about the application. If you have the required points and have good health, then you will get through in time. The wait time will be a year.
Always remember, when you hire a representative there to take care of your immigration affairs, you also be on top of it. WRITE letters and make sure that you have the track of your long correspondence and if you talk over the phone note down the date, the time and the duration and what was said or tape the conversation for the future, if it ever becomes a point of issue. Now you know that you are under his mercy.
