Organizations have cut budget. They may not lay-off but certainly are in Hiring Freeze as of now. All new projects are in shelf for now.

There are jobs available, even right now. I know, I am looking and receiving responses. At the same time there are too many players to claim the spot.

I'll echo same as what Pratick said ... hold on till Mar.

Winter days are even more depressing.
