my 15 year old daughter is going to india in the summer. what vaccinations should i give her. someone suggested typhoid, jaundice and malaria tablets. can anyone tell me where i can get these vaccinations and are they free...............

Check with your family doc. We just got it. For adults, it was vivaxim at $80 + $5 for the docs office for the shot. For kids it was typhim vivaxim and avaxim - both at $35 + $5 for the docs office.

OHIP do not cover these, but if you have the additional coverage from office, that will cover. You will need to pay only the deductable, if any.

At 15 yrs, not sure which of these.
