Hello,
I have a 3 year old son and 2 year old daughter currently staying in India with my wife. I came to Canada to sponsor my daughter who was born outside but my son is Canadian citizen they are waiting for my daughter PR as Canadian High Commission New Delhi as ask to submit my daughter Passport almost 3 weeks finish we didn't receive my daughter Passport meanwhile my son canadaian passport were going to expire 10 June 2011 I want to renew my son Canadian passport in India. What is the procedure to renew the passport in India and how much time it will take to get renew the passport renewal and wife should have to come before June 30 because to maintain the PR status. Please help me.

In order to renew, you'll need the following:
* Application Form
* Two identical passport photos taken within the last 1 month. Application form and at least ONE of the photos must be certified by your guarantor.
* Original proof of Canadian citizenship. As of November 26, 2001, for those born in the province of Quebec, ONLY birth certificates issued after January 1, 1994, by le Directeur de l'état civil du Québec are acceptable.
* Any Canadian passport issued to you within the last FIVE years.
Fees:
Please note that the fee paid for passport services is non-refundable, whether or not a passport is issued or the supplementary service requested is completed.
Where the application is made outside Canada, the passport application fee is:
* Under three years of age - valid for maximum of three years - Rs. 875.00 or CAD $20.00
* Three to 15 years of age - valid for maximum of five years - Rs. 1530.00 or CAD $35.00
The fee can either be submitted in cash or in the form of a bank draft drawn in favour of the Canadian High Commission payable at New Delhi. We do not accept cheques. Please do not send cash by mail.
According to the web site:
The standard processing time of the passport application is 15 working days, excluding the mailing time.

I need some more information
In the Passport renewal form do we need guarantor to be signed if yes then the guarantor should be a Canadian Citizen or can be Indian Citizen.
and for the permanent address can I show my current canada address and for mailing address do I have to show the India address or not.

According to the link I provided above, refer to the application form page 4, Sec O - Declaration of Guarantor:
The Guarantor must:
live within the jurisdiction of the Canadian government office that provides the passport services;
Which means, anyone residing in India.
