I am planning to move from Toronto to Vancouver, I don't know anyone there so it will be a fresh start

I want tips on finding a temporary/survival job , I am young and single , so just need a centrally located room to start my life there

Main reason I am moving is better weather , For me toronto cold is too much , if would much rather prefer rain in winter

Any tips will be appreciated
