I have guests from the US , need to pick them up at either Peace Bridge or Queenston border, I have following questions :

1- Best means to travel from Buffalo airport to Niagra (just cross the border to Canada) ?

2- How close I can go to the Canadian side of the border to pick my guests without having to cross the border ?

From your post it seems like you do not have a visa to cross over to the US. Fair enough. Keeping that in mind, here are my suggestions

1. Ask your guest to take the Megabus straight to Toronto. It costs around $18-$20 / person. The only drawback is they have only 3 buses a day, so choices are limited. http://www.megabus.com/us/index.php

2. Greyhound has buses running between Buffalo airport and Niagara Falls, ON. Again depending on the day of the week, they have around 3 to 5 buses a day. For some reason, GreyHound does not provide online fares for this route, so you'll have to call them. Check it out on their website http://greyhound.ca/home/

3. Buffal airport Limousine Service - $41.25 / person, based on 2 pax. http://www.buffaloairportlimo.com/

Do a google search and you'll probably come up with a few more. Keep in mind, if your guest are carrying baggage, they'll have to haul it with them.
