Is it possible, we create a 'cell' at CD for this exchanging.
Many persons on forum wants CAD to USD and vv, a mid rate based on any accepted site can be adopted.

Some may need the exchanges documented. Some may need a Paper transaction. All of this becomes a painful experience. Then some one might want to drop in at night. Some during he working hours. As they say "The game is not worth the Candle". Unless we are talking in Millions. There, we enter into banking rules and a whole lot of red tape and book keeping and what not.

The exchange differential if say is 2%, then the money that one wants to exchange might not be more than $20 for a thousand. So, I would advice anyone who is doing the Exchange for spending, do it any where and through any bank. Those who want to buy and hold, do it when it is at the lower end of the exchange rates. Not now. Currently the US dollar has become so strong, it is heading waaay up, thanks to the Greeks, the Spaniards and the Portuclese, i.e., to those who are my buddies.

Freddie.
