Same experience here, could not call India on Diwali or New Year. I did get the Customer Service on line and they said they are aware of the problem, but can not do any thing since it is Diwali and technicians are not available. What is the use of all these minutes when you can not call when you would like to. I am planning to cancel the service too. I doubt if they will refund the money, though. Please post if they do refund to you.

For a fee of $ 2.50 per month , we can call india at 2.9 cent per minute to both Landline and Mobile.

I addition they give you access number , you can also have the same rate for calling from your cell phone.

The line is extremely clear and I have no problems since I started using it for the last 2 months. I am also a heavy India LD user like you , using almost 2000 minutes per month.

I use raza.com.The quality is good....never had a problem so far.They keep coming out with promotions for extra minutes.
