have plenty experience but have time so would like to do a business management or project management degree. when I looked at UOT continuing education - the fee was a staggering $50k/yr. I'm looking at $5k/yr. or less. - Are there any community college equivalents in GTA!

The cheapest option for you will be to get the PMP (Project Management Professional) designation. Of course, this is dependent to a large degree on you being able to substantiate your project management experience. See this link for more details
