We went to this new restuarent in Janpat plaza on Britannia and Mavis twice, once me and my husband and other time with friends. Both times, we had terrible customer service experience. First time around the guy who served (I think he is the owner) asked us to tip him more than what we did. Second time, we went with kids and my daughter broke a soup spoon so in middle of our meal, he comes in and tells us that he would charge us for the spoon. I was wondering, he could have mentioned any extra charge when we were paying or after the meal. The food is good but not extraordinary that you can't get anywhere else. The customer service -10 out of 10.
I welcome more reviews if anyone else has visitied this place.

Do not expect good customer service from these chinese resturants. We order take out from this place. 10% off if you pay cash. There is another resturant if you want to try called Ming Room. It is at Britannia and Queens Street (just opposite new mississauga temple). They are from Calcutta. The quality is almost same,
Eddie's Wok n Roll is simply great and we love the food..... try it and you will forget these small time Janpath plaza guys....

oh that hakkla magic place in janpath plaza is so crappyyyy. gosh kabhi mat jana waha. we went once and never ever. it was my fault that i paid attention to that idiot moeen jamal on radio and his advertisement shows.
and yes ming room is awesome, loved the food. try his manchurian chowmein. its much better than the hakka chowmein,
bombay chopsticks in the albion cinema plaza is great as well. its better than its bristol location in mississauga.
there is also one great place in toronto on the danforth called the danforth dragon great hakka food as well,

Also try Hakka Dhaba on Ray Lawson and Hwy 10, portions are much bigger than eddie's book but the taste is great in both the places.
Also Hot N Sour is good in Mississauga, there are lots of options no need to go to a crappy place more than once..
