Hi, I am a Canadian citizen and have been living here for the past 16 years. I had to declare bankruptcy recently (2 years). In the meantime, I got married last year and my husband resides in US as a green card holder.

I would like to sponsor my husband, but don't know what are my chances. Does any one know anything about this ? I am desperate....

Please help... Thanks.

Bankruptcy may not come on your way. Sponsorship is fine as long as you are not on Social Assistance/Welfare.

Yes you can apply as far as you are not on social welfare
