I am searching for volunteer job or part time job which ever is available as I do not want to just spend my time only for searching full time jobs and waiting for a reply and sit at home. Meanwhile I am also trying to network with people in my field of profession. If you can suggest me any sites or organisations or companies who looks for such people please share.

If so, please do not waste anymore time like we did, and join co-op programme immdly and then they shall depute you to voluntary work after you complete 7 weeks of co-op programme and after you work voluntarily in reputed organisation then, you will get reference as well as canadian experience which will help you to get start in canada.

Thanks for your reply, it would be of great help if you let me know where and how can I find co-op programme , I am not very clear by what is co-op programme, is it the same meaning volunteer work? I am interested to know more.

Part 2: (ESL CO3 and GWL30C) 9 weeks unpaid work placement in a company that is in your field or occupation of choice! Gain weeks of Canadian work experience, references, networking and a good chance for paid work in your field! The work placement allows you to get your foot in the door so you can show all the experience you have brought with you to Canada.

please do write to me if you need further help. I do not want new immigrants to suffer like we did, I shall be very soon writing a thread to make it easier for new immigrant to settle down and find job. I am collecting all material for the same. I still have some homework to do.
