which land line provider is good for basic use with voice mail and call display feature. Can any body guide me pls

I would recommend that you can use either of the GSM or CDMA services, if you are not living in a basement apartment. If you have taken a basement apartment than you must choose only GSM and Rogers is the best GSM service provider.
Bell provides CDMA services. Please avoid Bell because there is constant signal break in CDMA for basement apts. If u are in a Condo or ground floor, u can go for Bell also.
