Hii i came to this forum with lots of hope so i hope someone give me some good information.

Well my friend who got accepted in SFU university in Vancouver to do 4 years scinece and he applied for study permit in Islamabad Embassy Pk last month
But they rejected him saying he is not sure if he will go back to his country after completing his studies. But he did wrote so many good reason that he will go back and he has his family there, plus he really wants to help people in there once he complete his education.

Now is there anyway he open his case and ask for officer to reconsider his file.
His classes starting at Jan we are very sad over this.

In case if he can't reopen his file then what he should do? can he apply again with more evidence that he will go back to home country is it ok to apply again?

Pllzzzzzzzzzzz any kind of information will be appreciated.

Your friend should wait for some time ( few months), improve the documentation wherever it is possible and reapply.
