In every country people who serve in the Army Navy or the Air force, has the option of retiring from their services with a small pension to their credit and move on in life in the Civilian section.

If there is such a feature in the Pakistan with their services, please find out about the same and see when your Husband can Retire gracefully from the Services there.

Until such a time, find out from your friend who resigned from the forces how things are progressing with them and see when their papers to Canada get processed and keep in touch with them for their updates.

Now see when your Husband can avail the Voluntary Retirement.
