Last saturday my bad luck, i got traffic ticket from ugly police officer, speed limit was 60kmph and i was 75kmph, he caught me and give me ticket,even i request but he never listen my request.

this is my first ticket and i have G2 licence, now i am worry about my insurance cost. If anybody knows please reply me.

Will it my insurance go high or not?, because as per police officer, he told me that he is not giving me any demerit point, but only fine of 54.00$.

Now, i am worry about my insurance cost.

go to the court and ask to fight the case.

With no demerit points and only $54 fine, most probably you will not even receive a date for court hearing since the courts are already overburdened with other serious offences tickets.

I had almost the same case as yours - driving at 65 on 50 which did not attract any demerit points. I chose to fight - and have not received any court date - been more than a year now.

and once it passes 9 months (I think for peel region also it is the same rule), it becomes time barred.
