Regarding Document of Intent to sell Indian Property for Canada Immigration

Hello,
Can anyone please help me in getting a document format for the Intent to Sell property in India upon availing Canadian Permanent Residence.
As of now, I do not have any funds. However have assets on my own name which I would use as the Proof of funds for this Immigration. Looked on the net for some format, but could not get anything good.
My intent is to use this document for Immigration and to arrange the fund in the meanwhile so that I could show the funds I arrange while immigrating to Canada thereby avoiding the property sale.
Please help me in getting the format of intent to sell property in India. I appreciate your help in this regard.

Just a plain letter addressed to your respective CHC office , stating the property details & approx. current value mentioned will do with a attachment of the property deed or Sale Agreement with the actual value.
I did the same at the time of filing my application. You need to show the proof of settlement funds at the time of landing (if requested by the immigration officer). It can be either hard cash, Travellers Cheques or DD in your name.
V were juz asked whether we are carrying the settlement funds ... the officer didnt physically check whn v answered tht v had part in cash & balance in DD's (me & my spouse's name).
The whole landing process was sooooo smooth ... juz a breeze & v found the immigration & customs staff vry friendly & welcoming.
