my name is ajay and my problem is i gone to india last year in february2009 got court marriage and i put my immigration file under SINP nomination and finally i got upto medical examination for both of us in january 2010 mean while again in november 2009 i gone to india and did marriage ceremony and then after due to family issues i have been divorced with my wife in february 2010 and now what should i do when my pr file is in final stage as we both have finished medical exam and now within a might be in a month we will get pr so how should i stop my wife's file to embassy please guide me.

One of friend was in similar situation and he had to call cic and fax an letter giving all the details and request them to stop processing the file. It did work for him and there is no need to panic.
