well thanks for all your support in my quest for clarity formaking decision to stay or return. I heard my inner voice and my family's views, and found everyone was suffering from inside, missing quality of life we had in India. I was mistaken to presume that with all best priviledges avaialble herethat they will be happy. I provided them a premium waterfront home, nice SUVs , best schools, coaching, everything with no dearth of money at any point. Also since I work from home I gave full presence and my wife looking after them. But despite everything there are many things here which are missing for a happiness and content and I even cant put them in words.
Staying another 1-2 years more will push us backward and will loose equivlaent to 10 years of quality work in India. India has problems but they are miniscule compared to the problems here. Why struggle here when there is no need for doing it. Selling property in India and bringing it here somehow doesnt makes sense as value decrreases by 40 times and homes here appreciate slowly. Plus maintaining homes here is a pain. There is boredom here above all which is not there and we can do something big in life there whereas here, max we can start is some small-mid scale business and make some more money which is not a priority for us. Overall this has been a bad experiment for us. I treat it as part of experience of life. But sad part is I lost 2 productive years here which could have been better utilised in India. India is booming and will continue with good leadership. I must take advantage of this.
I think when my kids need to study college this is better place rather than paying high fee and donations in India.
Again thanks to all for making me clear my mind and take right decision.
