When you pay the required fees by Credit Card, like what you want to pay with, you must have a printer ready to print out the receipt for the amount that you are paying. Please see that you have a printer and have it "on" before you pay over the internet. The dollars quoted are correct.

Now having paid the fees, you want them to join you here in Canada. If that is so, you must say PROCEED WITH THE P.R. APPLICATION. (NOT With draw) (For your information you should also read the section marked {E} in the application to understand the application form) I am telling you here to tick the BOX that says, continue with the application processing and you give them the permission to do so.

I hope this is made clear to you.

Freddie.

i understand now

it means..if i found ineligible to sponsor...its better to say "yes" to proceed with the application for permanent residence.

hopefully i am eligible as per "E" and other requirements..but got doubt bcaz

i affraid again they may take years and years for permanent residence application (with out sponsor eligibilty)

Anyway..i marked Yes..and u r confirmation made me confident..

appreciate u r valuable time Freddie..

Hi Freddie and all

i must appreacite the valuable suggestions of Freddie which helped us lot .

my spouse was asked to submit her passports by CIC delhi.

in this regard we have a doubt, her passport expiry due in Oct 2010,and her medicals done in March 2010.

What will be the Visa expiry date if we submit the passports valid till Oct 2010.

They might not issue to her a visa without SIX Month Validity in her Passport.

SO, First things first. Get Two Passport Pictures Immediately. Then with those and forms filled out get A NEW Passport Issued to her in the TATKAL System. You have ample time to receive and get the Passport Stamped. While doing it, get the old Passport and the NEW - BOTH sent in, so that they will know it is the same individual who is asking for the stamping. USE the COURIERS to avoid delays.

YES, if the medicals were conducted in March of 2010, then you have a lot of time to play around. BUT, look into the Validity of the COPR papers that they will send to her. So, go by its expiry date.

Freddie.
