i have finished my b.e in univ of madras ,i have applied for a college in toronto,i have a very low percentag in b.e .can i get visa.will visa authorities see marks for issuing visa,

Well you can't rule that out, but as far as I have heard and for that matter experienced myself, they are least concerned about your grades. There are other things to worry about for them, like the financial position of the applicant, what value addition he/she can make to the canadian economy, whether he/she will come back after completing studies or not, can he/she fit the canadian society etc.

Basically u have to give a good reason as to why you want to go to canada to do that particular course and that you will come back after completing the course. Now-a-days they also ask whether u have paid any fees or not, so if u have made any payment, even for that matter a deposit amount or a admission confirmation amount, take a reciept of that or any proof that you have.

So don't worry about it, just apply well before time, it takes more than a month to get the visa and if have any more questions just feel free to ask.
