My cousin (my mother's sister's daughter, meaning my masis daughter) is in India and just finishing grade 12th. I want to call her to Canada... for good.........what are my various options ?? Should it be after 12th or after bachelors or after masters or after work experience ? Should I ask her to apply under independent category or is there a way she can come on student visa and then get PR without paying exhorbitant tuition fees ? or can i call her under family class ? no, shes not dependent on me....

She can apply for PR only after she has required number of points for immigration and is in an occupation that is on the list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list. This is the list as of today. Five to seven years down the line, it may or may not be same.
