Hello every one,
We had a no-risk prenatal test and the Gynec. doctor said we are O.K to travel.
I have done some more search and still. These are some things i found, and i thought it might be interested.
the site of the american pregnancy association says:
{ Most airlines allow pregnant women to travel through their eighth month. Traveling during the ninth month is usually allowed if there is permission from your health care provider. }
And this is a video on youtube.com provided by a professor in schoold of nursing.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9TJB499l_4
A written letter from our Gynec. will be given to us 3 days before travelling. And we will re-land in NS where we will obtain our new health cards upon applying.
P.S.
The babycenter.com says another important thing :
{In airports, passengers walk through metal detectors, which use a low-frequency electromagnetic field to look for weapons. Anything that generates or uses electricity, produces an electromagnetic field. At the low levels a metal detector emits, this exposure is considered safe for everyone, including pregnant women. (The same holds true for the wands that security personnel sometimes pass over individual passengers.)
( Recently, another security screening device that takes an image of the surface of your body with low-level X-rays has been introduced on a limited basis abroad. London's Heathrow Airport currently uses this machine, called a backscatter X-ray system. Despite the name, the potential for dangerous radiation exposure from these machines is low and it does not pose a significant risk to pregnant passengers )

i spoke earlier about the system,s setbacks, dose,nt mean i will use them even if i know how, i was just trying to get a solution for the situation i am facing using the ideas of partners in here and i just mentioned those who get away with things, and i am pretty sure some of us know some thing about that.
Any way I have got a final answer from a settlement worker, and we are just waiting for the Gync. ,s report.
Thank you every one.
Hi,
Just an HONEST advice
In Canada, all departments like CIC, CRA, Health share information about individuals
So even if you tell OHIP that you are in Canada & ask them for all benefits,
they will ask you to prove
As they have all records when you EXIT & when you ENTER
Do not take a risk. Once you are in BAD books with any Government department, you will be in trouble
Can I ask you one question -
what so FANCY & Crazy thing about getting baby born in Canada ?
What is more important is - care for baby & mother during & after pregnancy
I don't know how many friends & relatives you have in Canada
EMOTIONAL support is very important during that stage, which is really missing in Canada
Maximum time mother & child will be discharge from hospital within 24 hours
and then you are on your own
Still if you want to take a risk & ready to spent $3000-5000, go ahead
I went through almost similar situation 3-4 yaers back
Thanks for some nice suggestion from CD's as well as seniors in Canada, we took a decision to ahve delivery in India
Everything went on nice, baby born in India, brought her on Visit Visa within 3 months ( we already had PR before), applied for PR after coming to Canada, received PR for baby within 6-8 months, now we are almost getting Canadian Citizenship very soon
Rest is YOUR's DECISION
All the Best !

I sent an e-mail to the canadian embassy in Abu dhabi about the visitor visa for my baby born outisde of canada and that is their response just be patient reading it :
(((( Congratulations on the birth of your child!
Based on the information you have provided, you are a Permanent Resident
(PR) who is currently residing outside of Canada and you have a child
(or children) who were born outside of Canada after you obtained your PR
status.
Please note that a PR who does not live in Canada is not eligible to
sponsor close family members for permanent residence. In order to
sponsor a close family member, you, the sponsor, must reside in Canada
throughout the sponsorship and application process.
If your child is only going to Canada for tourism or to visit family,
you should submit a complete Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) application
on behalf of your child or children (for more information on how to
apply for a TRV, please visit our website at www.uae.gc.ca). Please note
that the applicant must be able to satisfy a Visa Officer that he/she
would leave Canada at the end of his/her proposed visit.
If your family intends to return to Canada with your non-PR child to
live permanently, you still must submit a TRV application for the child
or children. If the Visa Officer is satisfied that: you (yourself, your
PR spouse and any other PR children) meet the residency requirements;
and your entire family is relocating to Canada to live permanently, your
child may be granted a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) valid for a
single journey to facilitate his/her entry to Canada. This process would
enable you to initiate a sponsorship application for your child or
children once you have arrived in Canada.
You must complete an application for a TRV and provide as many details
about your proposed visit as possible.
Please note that a TRP is not an immigrant visa and it does not give
your child PR status upon arrival in Canada. Further details on how to
obtain a TRP will be provided if the Visa Officer determines your child
(or children) is eligible.
You must note that if you are traveling with your non-PR child to live
in Canada permanently, he/she will be required to undergo a medical
examination at one of our designated medical doctors in the Gulf before
a TRP is considered. This could add a minimum of 4 weeks to the
processing time of the application. Please make a note of this
information when applying for a TRV. Do not undertake the medical exam
until is requested by the Visa Officer.
You will also be required to pay additional applicable fees for the TRP
and submit additional documents to demonstrate your family's relocation
to Canada. As an example, both PR parents may be asked, among other
things, to provide a copy of their resignation letters with a proof that
the resignation has been accepted by their employers, if employed, and
proof of cancellation of your entire family's Gulf residence visas. Do
NOT undertake these procedures (resignation from employment,
cancellation of Gulf residency) until we have informed you to do so.
The application will be in process for a minimum of 4 weeks. Please plan
accordingly.
We hope this information is helpful.
Sincerely,
Immigration Section ))))
so, what you think?
Just a general question.
If a child is born outside Canada(Say in India) to the Canadian citizen parents, will that child gets Canadian citizenship automatically or he/she will have to go through the immigration process? What will be the status of that child (Canadian citizen or Indian citizen). Is there a 1% chance that child will not be allowed to get into Canada?
Just curious to know.
