Got a basement leak in one of the rooms , looks like the previous owners hammered a window in and created the crack and tried to patch it up..
we tried to patch it from inside and redid the wall, but the leak resurfaced,now we need to patch it from the outside, looking for someone who specialises in that and does the work on the outside, we can redo the room after ourselves, just need someone reasonable as our budget is low..

any help or contacts appreciated..
