We all know the listing price on MLS or private sale. Is there a way to know at what price the property got sold? Agents have access to the sale price via MLS. Is there a web site that shows the sale price of the properties thru MLS and private sales? Wouldn't the city publish the details of the sold properties?

Regarding property at which price it was sold , your agent should be able to provide all these info as this info is there on the MLS website (Not on public mls) . check with your agent and not only at which price it was sold but also in the past since the day one when house was built till today, who bought this property and at what price this info also your agent should provide and I suggest that all the buyer should get this info from their agent to help in decision making process.
