Those guys at the call center are not paid by the hour or given performance Bon.
These Call center officials operate upon the cue that you provide. The minute you acknowledge the fact that you are not the individual whose information you want to access and change, it shuts down the specific request immediately. He does not want to address you any more or proceed further even if you have all of the other facts needed, without the specific authorization from the individual. Don't forget that all these calls are currently recorded and then hashed later.

What does the word "hashed" mean here?? do they keep recording for ever? if not, why do they record it?

But that's Canada for you. No process is thought all the way through with alternate scenarios. They try to shove a "one size fits all" process down everybody's throats and if a rare somebody complains, it's
a.) Their problem as "nobody else is complaining"
and
b.) There will be plenty of people who will come forward to try and justify why this idiotic rule makes "so much sense".
I guess it takes an idiot to understand an idiot![]()

There is some information which cannot be changed in any case even if my parents are living with me or not, i.e. PPT info, Immigration doc info whcih I know because I sponsored them. How can u protect that?
Even address is traceable.
That is why I started this topic to address that they do not use their common sense. The information which they to protect is already created by me.
My friend, you are now starting to understand the stark, sad truth about this country, common sense is very very uncommon here![]()
