Hi Guys,
I am in IT so have a easier time finding jobs..
My wife is looking for call center jobs and is not able to make much headway eventhough she speaks decent english and has done similar stuff in india..
She applied through Workopolis and to some agencies like Appleone...
Any suggestions from people who have succeeded in finding such jobs here..
Thanks

Is she good in finance? Ask her if she can complete CSC and get into a call centre of a mutual fund co or a brokerage. otherwise jobs within outbound call centres are available if you scan the Toronto Star but they are not really sustainable as the pressure would be too much to handle after a few months. Any way the industry is facing a shortage of CSC qualified people.
