as i was expecting a letter from cic mississauga dis week but i didnt got it...last monday i called cic helpline and they said that my application is under processing...sir, when i go to e-cas link and enter my client-id and other info required..but m unable to check that..their is only message there that 'we are unable to identify u'..sir can u plzz tell me why it is so..its been soo long i have filed the application and still i cant check the application status on e-cas...can u plzz help me on this??

sir, last monday when i called them they said that if i dont get the letter this week then i should call them up on next monday...dis my second marriage and will it take more time by newdelhi embassy to process it...my wife's and our child's medicals are going to get expired in this november ending..your help is required sir....it will be appreciated...

Sir, after their response to my phone call on last to last monday, i again called them up this monday and they have said that my application was being filed on MAY 03,2010..and they asked me to wait till AUGUST 26,2010..i havent received ant letter from them and now it have became a matter of worry for me..can u please help me on this...your help will be appreciated ..

If there s anyone who can help you its the CIC ... Spousal immigration is the fastest and there s an excellent sticky thread on Spousal immigration in the Immigration section of this forum .... go through it .

What ever issues you have , including not being able to view info online , address them to CIC ... They will correct the processing if some thing has not been right .

Also confirm the address with CIC .. some times its possible a mail may have been sent at a dated address .

sir, i have filed my application on MAY 3, 2010..and i havent got any AOR letter yet..when i called the cic centre...they have said tha i should wait till JULY 26, 2010...and when i called them up on JULY 26, 2010, then they asked me to wait till AUGUST 26, 2010..sir, its been really long time and some people who applied almost 20 days after my file have got PR request...and i have'nt got even confirmation letter..

my wife and child is in india and their medicals are going to get expired in november last...

1) Can you please tell me that what could be the reason for such a long delay??

2) Should i withdraw my file and should submit it again??

3) Is it possible that we are not issued any letter and the file has been sent to delhi without issuing any letter to us??

4) We are not able to check the application status by providing them the client-id number..even its been 3 months we have applied for PR of my wife and son..

IT's very difficult to face such a critical situation..We are upto nothing..HAving no idea about our application kit...i request you to help us and give us some guidelines..your help will be appreciated..

sir i have received a letter from cic missisuaga..in which it was written than my application for sponsoring my child and my wife has been refused because i have sponsored my another son in 2003..at that time government of canada demanded from me that if i'll sponsor my son and get financial assistance from them then i'll not be able to sponsor anyone for another 10 years because my son is mentally slow..he is dependent..the canadian government signed a contract that if i take financial assistance for my child from canadian government den i cannot sponsor anyone else..

On march 9,2003 my son entered canada and after that i received a cheque from canadian govt. with a notice that if i accept it then i'll not be able to sponsor any other member of my family...and sir, i gave it back as it is...


SIR, in my refusal letter they mentioned the clause that i have been taking the financial assistance from government..but like i said..i have not taken a single penny from them..i have got a clearence letter from government office that i have not taken any money from them and i sent d letter to delhi ambassy's e-mail address...

Sir, i would plea you to tell me that what are the chances for the clearance of my file as i have not received any letter from delhi but the file got transferred to delhi office on 14th of october,2010..till today i have not got any notification from them...


please tell me that is there any chance that my son and wife will get the visa??or vot else i need to do to get the case passed from them??
