Hi,
We landed on 17th August 2007 and gave the address of our guesthouse for the PR card delivery,now we have moved to a basement apartment and we want our PR card to be delivered to our new address,we tried to call the toll free of Citizenship/immigration canada,every time the phones are busy and also we tried to send the request through their site for change in address but we are not in position to complete the process,can any tell me waht to do in this scenario?

Some mail cannot be forwarded - check if your PR card mail falls in this category.
If the CIC toll free lines are busy, try very early in the morning.

I got my SIN card mail forwarded so assumed PR card is also possible.
